Question: How do I get information and support for GTA+ Membership?

Answer: For general GTA+ Membership information as well as a list of current Event benefits, visit the GTA+ website:

You can manage your GTA+ Membership for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S by logging into the PlayStation Store or your Microsoft Account:

PlayStation Store

  1. Log into https://store.playstation.com/ 
  2. Select Account Profile
  3. Select Subscriptions Management
  4. Under GTA+, select Turn Off Auto-Renew

Microsoft Account

  1. Log into https://account.microsoft.com/ 
  2. Select Services & Subscriptions
  3. Navigate to your GTA+ subscription and select Manage
  4. Here you will see the following options:
    • Billing History
    • Redeem a code or pre-paid card
    • Turn off recurring billing
    • Cancel subscription

Your subscription can also be managed through the settings menu of your next-gen console:

PlayStation 5

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Users and Accounts
  3. Select Account
  4. Select Payment and Subscriptions
  5. Select Game and App Services
  6. Select Grand Theft Auto V
  7. Select GTA+
  8. Select Turn Off Auto-renew

Xbox Series X|S

  1. Go to System Settings
  2. Select Account
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Under Active, select GTA+
  5. Here you will see the following options:
    • Turn off recurring billing
    • See billing history
    • Change how you pay
    • Cancel subscription

Note: After your subscription expires, you may have to wait a brief period before you are able to subscribe again. If your profile has been banned from GTA Online, you will need to cancel your GTA+ subscription manually. It will not be canceled automatically upon the ban going into effect.
